  • How do I schedule a session?

    Once you've had a consultation, you may schedule a session via the “Book Appointment” link in the email you will receive following your consultation. For existing clients, sessions can also be scheduled on our social media accounts.

  • What are your session days and hours?

    Available days and times will populate when you schedule your session. All sessions are first come, first serve.

  • How long does a session last?

    Sessions are usually 5 hours. We offer 3-hour sessions on Tuesdays.

  • How do you estimate the amount of time a project will take?

    Experience has been our best resource for estimating how long a project will take, and we’re usually pretty accurate; however, there are several factors that help to determine the estimate.

    There is no one special place for us. We're highly proficient in all areas of organization.

    Products are not included in our rates. The cost of products vary depending on aesthetic preference, quality, and availability.

  • What happens if I need to cancel a session?

    If you need to cancel a session, please do so 48 hours before your session to avoid a cancelation fee.

    Our Virtual DIY service puts you in full control. This service is designed for you to do the heavy lifting while we guide you along the way. During two 90-minute zoom calls, we’ll declutter, design, and organize your space together. You’ll have unlimited phone, text, and email support along the way, as well as support to keep you motivated as you transform your space.
